Driving Directions
Good Shepherd is conveniently located in the Hamlet of Granite Springs (in the town of Somers - right next to Yorktown) at the top of Westchester County, New York at 39 Granite Springs Road, Granite Springs, NY

Parking is provided for all who drive (pretty much everyone!) in a large parking lot behind the church. A map to the left is provided by Mapquest and specific directions are provided below.


From I-684 South/Saw Mill Parkway South:
Exit I-684/Saw Mill Parkway at Exit 5: Katonah. Turn right off highway exit ramp onto Route 35 (Woodsbridge Road).

Continue on Route 35 (it will become Amawalk Road) over the river and through the woods (about 5 miles).

Turn right onto Route 202/ Route 118 (Tomahawk Street).

Continue on Route 202/ Route 118 (Tomahawk Street) for about 3 miles until you see a sign for Granite Springs. Turn left onto Granite Springs Road.

The church is located on the left about 1 mile down Granite Springs Road.


From I-684 North/Saw Mill Parkway North:
Exit I-684/Saw Mill Parkway at Exit 5: Katonah. Turn left off highway exit ramp onto Route 35 (Woodsbridge Road).

Continue on Route 35 (it will become Amawalk Road) over the river and through the woods (about 5 miles).

Turn right onto Route 202/ Route 118 (Tomahawk Street).

Continue on Route 202/ Route 118 (Tomahawk Street) for about 3 miles until you see a sign for Granite Springs. Turn left onto Granite Springs Road.

The church is located on the left about 1 mile down Granite Springs Road.


From the Taconic Parkway South:
Exit Taconic Parkway at Shrub Oak/ Route 6. Turn left off highway exit ramp onto Route 6.

Continue on Route 6 (past Jefferson Valley Mall) about 5 miles.

Turn right onto Mahopac Avenue (there is a ToolNut on the other side of the intersection).

Continue on Mahopac Avenue for about 3 miles past a farms with cows and horses. Turn left onto Granite Springs Road (at the first stop sign - or if you are savvy, at the access road right before the first stop sign).

The church is located on the right about 200 yards up Granite Springs Road.


From the Taconic Parkway North:
Exit Taconic Parkway at Underhill Road (exit immediately after the red AMVET Bridge). Turn right off highway exit ramp onto Route Underhill Avenue.

Continue on Underhill Ave until the stoplight.

Turn left onto Route 118.

Continue on 118 through two stop lights.

At the third stop light turn left onto Route 202/ Route 118 (Tomahawk Street).

Continue on Route 202/ Route 118 (Tomahawk Street) for about 3 miles until you see a sign for Granite Springs. Turn left onto Granite Springs Road.

The church is located on the left about 1 mile down Granite Springs Road.
